Big Brothers Big Sisters is the oldest, largest and most effective youth mentoring organization in the United States. We have been the leader in one-to-one youth service for mroe than a century, developing positive relationships that have a direct and lasting impact on the lives of young people. Big Brother Big Sisters mentors children, ages 6 - 18, in communities across the country - including Northwest Arkansas.

Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Northwest Arkansas is a nonprofit organization serving abused or neglected children under the supervision of the Juvenile Courts of Benton, Carroll, Madison and Washington Counties. CASA volunteers help to make up a team of professionals who work in the best interest of abused and neglected children in order to permanently place them in loving and stable environments.

The Crisis Center for Women (CCW), a United Way Participating Agency, provides services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.

The Donald W. Reynolds Cancer Support House provides cost-free, ongoing support for patients who are actively fighting cancer. The house is a haven where patients join others to accomplish a shared goal–survivorship.

We deliver meals to homebound seniors in our community. In addition to hot meals we also deliver frozen meals to seniors who live too far to deliver to on a daily basis. Anyone in our service area who is 60 years or older, is homebound and has no reliable means of obtaining lunch is eligible to recieve Meals on Wheels. There are no income requirements.

The Fort Smith Boys & Girls Clubs mission is to help youth of all backgrounds develop qualities needed to become responsible citizens and leaders. Through our association with Boys & Girls Clubs of America, we seek to enhance the quality of life for the youth of our community.

Proceeds of the Fort Smith Classic benefit the Beth Koprovic Memorial Charities to improve the lives of area children. To date the tournament has donated more than $1.2 million to 46 non-profit organizations

The mission of The Gregory Kistler Treatment Center For Children, Inc. is to provide an opportunity for all children to lead full, productive lives with the assistance of occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech-language therapy.

We are a Christian based organization whose mission is to end poverty housing in Washington County Arkansas by building decent, affordable homes for extremely low income families. We build and sell houses to extremely low-income families, primarily single mothers, who would not qualify for a conventional mortgage in order to purchase a home. We rely on volunteer assistance to build these houses in order to keep the cost of construction to a minimum.

Harbor House, Inc. is a treatment facility that meets the needs of chemically dependent men in the Fort Smith area.

The Next Step Day Room is the only homeless shelter in Fort Smith open during the day with individual case management for anyone facing homelessness.

We offer outpatient therapy and counseling, residential substance abuse treatment, emergency shelter, academic and social support, a therapeutic group home for teens involved in the juvenile justice system, and a transitional living program for homeless young adults.
